SUNGLASSES WARRANTY

WHAT THE BEX SUNGLASSES WARRANTY COVERS 
We warrant BEX Sunglasses for two (2) year against defects in materials or workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product determined by BEX to be a manufacturer's defect.

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Normal wear and tear can be expected.  Scratched lenses, bent or broken hinges, accidental damage, misuse or any other problem may be determined to be a result of normal wear and not to be a manufacturer's defect.

REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS
In the event that anyone does have a problem with their BEX Sunglasses and would like to make a warranty or repair claim, please refer to the WARRANTY & REPAIRS section.  A processing fee will be charged for each warranty and repair claim processed.

Warranty claims are managed directly by BEX and should not be handled through the dealer.  If you are BEX Dealer - please refer customers to the official BEX website, www.bexsunglasses.com, to make a warranty or repair claim.
